PHOTO and/or FOOTAGE PERMISSION AGREEMENT

By clicking submit photo/video and submitting your photo/video, I understand and hereby grant to Big Apple Entertainment LLC and Ripley Entertainment Inc., (“Ripley”) its affiliates, licenses, successors and assigns the permission for the worldwide use in perpetuity, in any and all media know known or later developed. I represent and warrant that I physically took the photographs and/or video. I am the owner of the copyright of the photos/video and I have the full right, power and authority to grant the rights herein.

I release and discharge Big Apple Entertainment LLC and Ripley Entertainment Inc., from and against all claims, demands and causes of action of every kind in which I or my heirs may have in connection with this agreement.
